Cancellation Policy

Each reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card.

Cancellations have to be made through email up to eight (8) days prior to confirmed arrival. Cancellations received less than eight (8) days prior to arrival or in case of a No Show on the confirmed arrival day the hotel will charge your credit card with up to 100% of the total reservation amount.

How to get there

If you’re travelling by car or bus, it will take your approximately 2 hours. Take the Pan-American Highway and after passing the Aquilino Tejeira Hospital in Penonomé, you will find an overpass. Take the entrance to the left. Go straight until you find the Ángel María Herrera College, after taking the first entrance to the right, at the Jonathan Mini-súper (Grocery Store), keep straight to the end of the street to find Hostal Villa Esperanza
