Cancellation Policy
Each reservation must be guaranteed by a credit card.
Cancellations have to be made through email up to eight (8) days prior to confirmed arrival. Cancellations received less than eight (8) days prior to arrival or in case of a No Show on the confirmed arrival day the hotel will charge your credit card with up to 100% of the total reservation amount.
How to get there
From the International Airport Tocumen:
- For your quick and safe arrival Hotel Santana strongly recommends airport pickup from Tocumen international airport at 30.00 USD. If you require such service we will need your exact flight details so that we are able to monitor your flight for any changes made by the airline.
From the airport you need to take the Corredor Sur and drive up to the end, and exit in avenida Balboa where the Cinta Costera is. When you get to the end you will be in Panama City, from there you need to pass two traffic lights and stay to the left hand side go straight until you see the buses turning to the left again. And we are in the right side. A gray Building with flags outside.
From the bus terminal or Albrook Airport:
- A taxi will cost you around $5.00 to $10.00
- If you decided to take a regular taxi please establish a price before you get in to avoid any misunderstanding later!
