General Information of Hacienda del MarHacienda del Mar offers the most stylish adventure in the Pearl Islands of Panama. Our hotel’s unique and spacious accommodations blend island charm and modern comfort, all just steps from our white sand beaches. The vacation resort consists of 17 cabanas, each with its own balcony, offering breathtaking panoramic views to the beach, the sea, and the triple canopy forest of the island. The seventeen cabañas are constructed with the finest Panamanian "Caña Blanca". Equipped with a large balcony and windows with wooden louvers, each cabana gives guests full access to astonishing ocean views and gentle floral scented breezes. Hacienda Del Mar’s clubhouse is built 75 feet above the Pacific Ocean upon a majestic point with picturesque ocean and beach views at every turn. It features a full restaurant, serving delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners – including local tropical fruits and fresh seafood. In fact, fish, crab, and lobster are caught just off the island daily. The views of the "Three Monks" – a set of three spectacular rock formations located half a mile from the resort in the Pacific Ocean, are fantastic. Additionally, humpback whales can often be seen right from the clubhouse, pool, and beach as well.
Located within the Clubhouse is a full sports bar with a pool table, Direct TV ™, darts, board games and many other activities. Poolside amenities include lounge chairs, dining tables, hammocks, sauna, and a fully equipped gym. Our spring-fed swimming pool, just steps away from the clubhouse, overlooks the Pacific Ocean with astonishing views in all directions. A separate kids room offers TV, video library.
Our Eco resort offers three types of beachfront Cabanas, namely, Toucan Suites, JR Suites, and 2 room VIP Suites, in adition, we offer our very exclusive rooms, also beachfront, with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Tamarindo Beach. All cabanas and room offer an array of amenities to make our guest’s stay as carefree and comfortable as possible, such as, full and king sized beds, air conditioning, lighting and ceiling fans, large private tiled bathrooms with fresh water and hot showers. Additionally, the VIP cabanas have coffee and tea making facilities, along with a mini-refrigerator stocked with an assortment of refreshing beverages.

The airplane fare Panama City/ San Jose Island/ Panama City, has a cost of $135.00 (One Hundred Thirty five) (subject to changes on the fuel) per person with 3 years old with taxes included. Airlines require government-issued photo identification upon check in, such as a passport. Albrook Airport, Air Panama Airline.

Cancellations received less than eight (8) days prior to arrival or in case of a No Show on the confirmed arrival day the hotel will charge your credit card with up to 100% of the total reservation amount. How to get thereSan Jose Island is the second largest of the Pearl Islands, with 44 sq. kilometers, located on the south end of the archipelago and just 45 miles away from Panama City. It can be reached by boat in approximately 2 hours and by turbo-propeller plane in 20 minutes. We gladly handle all reservations for air travel to and from the island. |
